3. Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits are applied toward your final service cost.

4. Refunds & Adjustments

  • Retail products may be returned within 14 days for an exchange or salon credit if unused and in original condition.

  • If you have any allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities, please inform your stylist before your appointment.
  • We follow strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • No extra guests (including children) unless they have an appointment.
6. Photo & Media Consent
  • We may take photos/videos of your hair for social media and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know.
